Meet the Team
We don't just create websites, we build relationships.
Our personal attention to our clients is second to none. We don't just create websites, we build relationships and we'd like to build both with you!
Founded in 2009, WayLay Design is a small Las Vegas web design company comprised of husband and wife team, Wayne and Selina Latham.
We are more than just a web design company, we are also teachers. We use an analogous, "plain English" approach to help our clients learn and understand a lot about what we do, how we do it, and why we do it so that they can maximize the effectiveness of their website.

Ever since my first experience with Photoshop Elements many years ago, I've been hooked on digital design. I love web design because it's an ever evolving industry, you never stop growing, you never stop learning. I enjoy the diverse group of clients I get to work with, creating something new and vastly different than the day before.

I first began learning how to code for fun back in high school, and I continued expanding my knowledge through college as a hobby. I love coding because there is nothing quite as satisfying as seeing a design come to life and actually function, and I also love the reactions we get when a site is delivered and live!
